Because for as much as he's managed to avoid the question of now yet again, he's made his wishes for said next time quite clear, and that in and of itself is saying a lot. And before she can do anything about it, there's a smile playing at the corners of her lips, erasing the scowl that was there just moments before, softening her expression as she looks at him, eyes searching his face once more.

It's not that I'm uncomfortable like thisโ [ even though she was at first ] โbut I think it would be nicer if we weren't fighting to stay warm.
[ Of course, that leads to the question of where, which takes her right back to that same worry with which she's been struggling this whole timeโ which in turn brings all of them rushing right back.
